My role is to understand your plans, explain your options clearly and help you approach the property search with a realistic budget and mortgage strategy. 11 years working in the London Market. I’m particularly experienced in cases involving complex income structures, self-employment and UK visas.

Our fee is £495, payable only when your purchase completes.

On our first call, we’ll discuss your circumstances, deposit, income and priorities. I’ll explain what may be achievable, what lenders are likely to consider and the practical next steps. If we work together, I’ll manage the mortgage process from application through to completion.
