For estate agents · UK

Be the agent
they ask for.

Rightmove finds buyers. Hauscope finds sellers. A homeowner gets a real, comparable-led estimate of their own home, then chooses one agent from a shortlist of three. Nobody pays to be on that shortlist. We would like you to be on it.

What you’re actually buying

Be on the shortlist
they choose from.

When a homeowner in your area asks us to find them an agent, we show them three real firms and why each one is there — ranked on how often buyers independently price-check their listings. They pick one. That one gets the seller’s details, the valuation the seller has read, and nothing is shared with the other two. You pay only when a seller picks you.

01

You are there on merit

Your place on the shortlist comes from our own buyer data: how many of your listings were independently price-checked before someone made an offer. It cannot be bought, and the seller is told that in the same breath.

02

One seller. One agent. Never shared.

When a seller picks you, their name, number and address go to you and to nobody else. Not to a panel, not to two agents “for comparison”, not resold later. That is the rule the whole product is built on.

03

They arrive already briefed

The seller has seen a comparable-led estimate, chosen their own asking price, and read six questions to ask you. You get all of it before you knock on the door. No cold lead does that.

What buyers see

Your firm.
Their report.
Every time.

A buyer has just read the evidence on a property in your area. A homeowner has just seen what their own house is worth. Your firm is at the foot of both documents.

Logo, Google rating, redress scheme, and the reason you are on their shortlist — with the disclosure that you pay when a seller picks you, because saying so is the reason anyone believes the rest of it.

This isn’t advertising. It’s presence at the decision, and the presence is what you’re buying today.

The seller journey

Where you appear in their decision.

A homeowner doesn’t go from curious to listed overnight. You’re the name in front of them the whole way — and the one agent introduced when they’re ready.

Step 1

Values their home

They run a Value My Home report and see a comparable-led estimate of what their property is worth today.

Step 2

Considers selling

Weeks pass while they weigh it up. In your area, yours is the agent name attached to that decision.

Step 3

We show them three firms and the reason each is there. They choose one, by name, and confirm it in writing.

The pledge

The seller sees the evidence first.

Every Hauscope-introduced agent signs our honesty pledge. Sellers arrive having seen the real comparable evidence, so there’s nowhere to hide an inflated number. That’s the point.

No overvaluation to win the instruction

You don't inflate the asking price to flatter the seller. The Hauscope estimate is on the table from the first call.

A transparent fee structure

Your fee is clear up front. No surprises in the small print once the property is on the market.

A defined marketing timeline

The seller knows what happens, and when. A plan, not an open-ended listing.

The short answers.

Where do these sellers come from?
Homeowners who run a Value My Home report on Hauscope, see a comparable-led estimate with the evidence behind it, and then ask us to find them an agent. They are pre-market — deciding whether and when to sell — and they choose you by name from a shortlist of three.
How does exclusivity work?
It is per seller, not per area. Three firms appear on a seller's shortlist; one is chosen; only that one receives anything. Their details are never shared with the other two, never sold on, and never sent to a second agent.
How does an introduction reach me?
By email, the moment a seller confirms they want you. It carries their name and number, the address, our valuation with the comparables, the asking price they chose themselves, and the six questions they are going to ask you. You call within two working days.
Are these sellers qualified?
They have valued their own home, read the evidence, set an asking price, and picked you specifically. They are expecting your call. We do not check whether they will definitely sell, and we will not pretend otherwise.
What's the contract?
There isn't one. No subscription, no minimum, nothing to cancel. You pay £150 + VAT per introduction after the first three, and only when a seller picks you.
Can I cover more than one area?
Yes, and it costs nothing to. Tell us every area you work in. You will appear on shortlists where our buyer data says you are active.
How many sellers will I get?
We do not know, and anyone who tells you a number is guessing. We have introduced none yet. Around 300 homeowners a month value a home with us; some of them will ask for an agent. That is the honest answer and it is why the first three are free.
What if the seller never replies?
We refund you in full, automatically, after fourteen days. You will not have to ask and you will not have to notice.
