One SRA or CLC regulated firm per postcode area. If your area is available it’s yours. If it’s taken, you go on the waitlist. We don’t share, rotate, or re-sell areas.
When do buyers see me?
Throughout their search and — crucially — once their survey is back and they’re ready to instruct a solicitor and push to exchange. Your firm appears in the report, in the downloaded PDF, and in a reminder email sent 21 days after download.
How do buyers reach me?
Your firm name, fixed fee, and number sit in every report in your area. Buyers instruct or call you directly — there’s no per-lead charge and no middleman. You see live activity from your partner dashboard.
