Partner Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 April 2026

These terms apply to any firm purchasing a partner placement on Hauscope. By completing checkout you agree to the terms below. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

What you are paying for

A partner subscription buys exclusive regional placement in Hauscope’s buyer reports. For each postcode area included in your plan, your listing appears on the relevant section of every report generated for buyers analysing properties in that area. While your subscription is active, no other partner in your category will appear on reports covering the postcode areas you have purchased.

What Hauscope guarantees

  • • Your placement appears on qualifying reports while your subscription is active and payment is current.
  • • You are the only partner in your category on reports for the postcode areas you have purchased.
  • • A five-day grace period applies if a payment fails, during which your placement remains live while Stripe retries.

What Hauscope does not guarantee

  • Lead volume. Buyer activity varies by region, season, and market conditions. We make no representation about the number of enquiries you will receive.
  • Conversion. Whether a buyer who sees your listing contacts you, and whether that contact leads to business, is outside our control.
  • Impressions. Reports are generated on demand in response to buyer activity. Hauscope is not an advertising platform with guaranteed impressions or click-throughs.

Cancellation

Subscriptions are monthly rolling. You can cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal, accessible from your partner dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months.

Complaints and removal

Hauscope reserves the right to remove any partner from the platform at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which we may remove a listing include, but are not limited to:

  • • Credible complaints from buyers about conduct, responsiveness, or quality of service.
  • • Regulatory issues, including loss or lapse of FCA authorisation where applicable.
  • • Misrepresentation in your listing details.
  • • Repeated payment failures or non-payment.

Where circumstances permit, we will contact you before removing a listing. In cases of serious complaint or regulatory issue, removal may be immediate and without notice.
